Greg Johnson a co-founder and owner has 25 years of experience in sales and marketing financial services. He also leads our prepaid division, Synchology.

Scott Swain

Chief Financial Officer

Scott Swain a TCI co-founder and owner oversees the operations, finance and information technology functions.

John Sievert

Vice President of Business Development

Mr. Sievert has over two decades of Business Process Outsourcing experience and has worked with many high-visibility fortune-1000 companies.  John accepted a partnership position with TCI in 2011.

Michael Fromknecht

Senior Vice President

Michael Fromknecht is responsible for all facets of the company’s third party collection division and involved in day-to-day operatons. Mike is a 25-year veteran of the ARM industry.

Paul Simon

National Sales Director

Paul Simon is National Sales Director.  He is responsible for new credit program sales including MasterCard/Visa and private label credit.  Paul has 30-years of industry experience in helping clients with their credit processing and call center support needs.
