SIOUX FALLS, SD: Total Card, Inc., has outgrown their current building located on Broadband Lane in Sioux Falls SD, and will be moving to their newly constructed, state-of-the-art facility at Lake Lorraine. They expect to occupy their space by late summer of 2018. Total Card Inc. (TCI) provides fully customized call center support and financial products and services to help clients improve customer service and grow their business. The corporate headquarters joins a growing list of retailers and other corporate centers at the popular west side location, located near 26th Street and Marion Road. TCI also has additional locations in Luverne, MN and recently opened a new facility in Longview, TX. “We are very excited to be a part of the Lake Lorraine development. Having seen tremendous growth over the past 12 months, we simply need more room for our valued employees and are looking forward to all the amenities the property will provide like walking, entertainment, and shopping,” said CFO Scott Swain.
Total Card Inc. was founded in May of 2000, when three entrepreneurs – Greg Johnson, Greg Ticknor and Scott Swain - decided to get together to create a better experience for customers in credit card servicing, marketing, and call center operations outsourcing. It has since grown to over 300 employees and has issued millions of Visa and MasterCard accounts. TCI also services direct consumer loans for Fortune 500 companies such as Yamaha Motor Finance Corporation, USA. “It is becoming an increasingly competitive hiring environment in our area and we think this will help give us a leg up in that regard,” said CMO Greg Johnson.
Lake Lorraine is a new lifestyle center near 26th Street and Marion Road being co-developed by Van Buskirk Companies and Friessen Development. The latest construction activity is visible from I-29 between the 26th street and 41st street interchanges to the west of the south bound lanes. When completed, the area will offer an eclectic mix of shopping, dining, office, residential spaces and recreational opportunities surrounding Lake Lorraine. President Greg Ticknor added “when we looked at all of the land options around town to develop our new headquarters, this location seemed like a no brainer."
